Entrepreneurship Management Development (EMD):
Entrepreneur Development Cell was developed for creating awareness among the students regarding entrepreneurship as a career option. Training programs such as seminars or workshops are conducted in field of entrepreneurial skill development. This develops a culture of innovation driven entrepreneurship student’s project providing guidance and facilities to first time entrepreneurs.
The EMD Cell also organize seminars to improve the Entrepreneurship skills amongst students by focusing on areas like Personality Development, Entrepreneurship criteria/fields, scope, experienced talks etc. for the students.
Objectives :
To create an environment for self-employment and entrepreneurship development through formal and non-formal programs.
To develop management personnel at appropriate levels for the non-corporate and unorganized sectors like education, rural development, small-scale industry etc.
To utilize the infrastructure facilities and technically trained manpower for the development of non-corporate and unorganized sectors.
To promote employment opportunities.
To Conduct Entrepreneurship Development Programmes working professionals.
To conduct special courses for fresh diploma from various disciplines for establishing an enterprise, sustaining and gearing.
To support continuing education needs of personnel in areas of technology and management.
To support skill development activities particularly catering to specific Impact Students who attended the courses at EMD are motivated for self-employment. Youths from various fields come by their own for guidance and counseling. This EMD cell has been known in MP for its all-round EDP/SD activities.
Under EMD Cell, SRGPC offers Training Programs in various fields and also Web Development Cell of SRGPC Designs & Develops the website under EMD Cell.
